Today on Cooking with Love. I’m going to teach you how to prepare your meat. The problem that most men have is that they just want toss their meat into the nearest available oven. Trust me. This can cause so many problems. No what you first want to do is to allow the oven to preheat. An oven that is not properly preheated can cause a piece of meat to come out all shriveled up and nasty looking. Also check to see that your piece of meat will properly fit into the oven. Now. While we are waiting for the oven to heat up. It is important to check your meat. I can’t tell you the number of guys that don’t inspect their own meat. Take time to get to know your meat. Look at it. Look at the size and the color. Hold your meat in your hand. Feel the weight and the texture of it. Massage your meat. Learn to enjoy your meat. Another problem that guys have is that they just throw their meat into the oven. This is not good for your meat and is certainly not good for the oven. Just simply throwing your meat into an oven is not going to get it done any faster. Instead just gently glide your meat into the oven. Also don’t be in such a rush to get your meat finished.
